Meeting and Pickup
Private meet-and-greet and complementary pick-up and drop off a in San Francisco Bay Area(San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Dublin/Pleasanton, Napa, and outlying cities ). Your private tour guide will daily pick you up and drop off at your hotel in Lake Tahoe and Yosemite after each private tour experience. - Lake tahoe and Yosemite 3-day tour hotel accommodation information - -Your hotel accommodation + tax +resort fees and all amenities are included in Lake Tahoe( the first night ) and in Yosemite National Park and outlying areas (the second night or vice versa). Both are bucket list destinations where hotels sell out months in advance, especially during the summer and ski season (winter). ***We highly recommend that you avoid booking during the weekends and holidays to avoid the large crowds, big lines(waiting time) , and heavy traffic! You’ll enjoy more quality time when visiting during the weekdays! In addition, hotel accommodation costs double/ triple during the weekends /holidays , which may increase the total cost of the tour ! -*Yosemite: There are only a couple of hotels in Yosemite and they sell out up to 12 months in advance, the sooner you book, the better! -Hotel category: we don’t work on commission and include a three-star hotel to keep the cost down as our product is all about the private tour experience. However, we may be able to upgrade you to a 4-star hotel in Lake Tahoe at no extra cost , however all hotels we work with in Yosemite are mountain style 3-star resorts. Our customers always leave happy with the selection of hotels we make and we often manage to upgrade them to riverside room /suite in Yosemite at no extra cost. -Hotel reservation: we don’t put all your eggs in one basket when booking your hotel accommodation. We work with multiple hotels , and we have excellent business relationships with the managers. As for the way we operate, once we receive your reservation, we will start contacting the managers of these hotels we work with.... This is the normal process and can take a few days or weeks. We keep following up with them daily until we manage to book the best hotel and location for our valuable clients. We have never disappointed any customer in the last 20 years, you’re in good hands. -Please book your worry-free private vacation package at your earliest so we can help you in the best way possible. The sooner the better. Note: While on our own website we offer the option to book without lodging , here on Viator/Trip Advisor website, we don’t have control over their own reservation database, policy and commission rate. For that, this is a package deal that comes with hotel accommodation included to save your time.
