Yosemite National Park Tours

My wife and I are so happy we chose this tour. John is an expert guide who quickly assessed our physical capabilities and adjusted our pace accordingly, sprinkling in just enough challenges in our two great hikes with him - one day in the lower Yosemite and the next day in the upper. John has a rich knowledge of the Valley’s plant and animal life and human history that he shared with us as we hiked along admiring the awesome views at each turn. We were even fortunate enough to see a mamma bear and her cubbies! We can truly say John became a friend by the end of our second day on the trails with him!

Wow where to start! Quite possibly the best day trip we’ve ever done. From start to finish, it was a brilliant day. Our guide Kurt was super friendly and knowledgeable. Pick up/drop off from our hotel (RIU Fisherman’s Wharf) - pick up 5:30am and drop off 8:30pm. We went on a Thursday. The transportation was comfy and roomy, bonus was a USB charging port by the seat. Kurt also provided bottles of chilled water. Yosemite Park was breathtakingly beautiful. Every turn was a different view with stunning scenery. Rock climbers were also spotted on El Capitan. On previous day trips we’ve been limited on places to get food/drinks however we stopped on the way there and back. In the morning it was a huge supermarket with so much choice, they had a sandwich counter subway style so we got one to take to Yosemite for our luncg. On the way back we had KFC. The same supermarket was also open and a Wendys next door. However, Yosemite also had a great selection at their cafe, on site is also a starbucks and gift shop with snacks. I would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone, it was amazing!

John was very informative and a great host. He gave us inside information on the park that only a true naturalist could observe and share. He asked often if we needed anything such as water. He put together himself a very nutritional and balanced breakfast and lunch for us. During the tour he pointed out the highlights in the park and gave us a chance to walk down and see the Sequoia tree's in the area. he has a sense of humor but takes his job very seriously. Very active in the preservation of the park and its importance to our country. Well worth the money.

Booked a full day Discover Yosemite private tour for my husband and I with Bob Noriega through Cari Jo at Chateau Sureau. Fabulous, excellent 10 out of 10 in every category. Can’t imagine going to the park for the for the first time without a guide. It was like going with a friend who knows everything about the park. Not just the highlights but all the logistics and amenities. Highly recommend Discover Yosemite and Bob, in particular. Picked us up in a Cadillac Escalade. So comfortable… great driver, water, snacks and lunch. Outstanding in every way. Can’t wait to go back and will certainly engage with Discover Yosemite again.

Our guide was wonderful! We ended up being the only passengers so we really got individual treatment. The sights cannot be described in words.

A well rounded trip with a reliable and knowledgeable guide, Derek! He went above and beyond with our tour group, showed some of our group members how to take stunning pictures, took their pictures, dropped some interesting facts about the places we were visiting + showed us a documentary which was good to watch for context while we were at Yosemite and El Capitan. A great trip overall, especially if you get Derek!

Our guide John was very knowledgeable and made the trip over the top great! The food provided was very filling and tasty. The size of the group for tour was a perfect size to enjoy Yosemite for the day.

An absolute well-spend trip. Went on this trip on 10/9/2026. A big shoutout to Daniel, a veteran guide, who has stayed around that area throughout his life for his wonderful insights on science, geography and history outside of school on Yosemite Park. Love those moments where he uses his lifelong experience by plucking out samples of plants, showcasing the beauty of Yosemite Park has to offer (can't believe that you can survive there with or without supermarkets!).Other than that, views were absolutely amazing. Wished we had more time to explore the rest of Yosemite Park... hopefully will visit again someday!Highly recommend this trip to anyone who loves nature!!

Had a great time visiting Yosemite with Extranomical tours! Our tour guide Glenda was amazing. She was super communicative in letting us know about the days itinerary, what stops we were making, and sharing historical stories and context about the towns we passed through. She even brought us snacks! Once we got to Yosemite we had a pretty good amount of time to explore and go at a leisurely place before meeting back with the group. As it’s a day tour and Yosemite is so big you won’t get to see everything, but this is not that kind of trip. I do recommend staying for a few days to get to experience more of what the park has to offer. But overall it was a good time and I highly recommend.

This is a must do if one is visiting SF for the first time. Cool San Francisco has offered us the opportunity to experience it without the hassle of having to worry about driving there yourself. The drive is beautiful with ample time for a pit stop and shop for food. Our driver Aidan was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable.

What a great day! Yes, it’s a very long day but so worth it. Yosemite is breathtaking. We had a brilliant guide named Sharon Disney and a great driver named Vincent. Regular stops made it a comfortable experience.

I had a great experience on the Yosemite trip with Incredible Adventures. The tour was very well organized, and everything went according to plan. Our tour guide was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything in great detail. I decided to take the Mist Trail, and her guidance made the hike much easier to navigate. She showed me where to board the shuttle, explained where to go to get the best views of Vernal Falls, and made sure I understood how to get back to the van. Thanks to her clear instructions, I was able to complete the hike within the allotted time and return to the van comfortably.We left early at around 6:20 AM and got back quite late, around 10 PM, but it was absolutely worth it. Yosemite was beautiful, and the entire day was a memorable experience.The only downside was that the coach’s AC was not kept on after the initial part of the journey. We were asked to open the windows instead. Given the long travel time, I would have preferred the coach to be fully air-conditioned throughout the trip.Other than that, everything worked as planned. Overall, I would definitely recommend Incredible Adventures for a Yosemite trip, especially because of the excellent

Thanks to John, we had an outstanding hiking experience in Yosemite. Hiking with John was very informative, but also like traveling with a long time friend.
