The service was great. Our driver Roberto was on time even though our plane was delayed. I kept in contact with him and the pickup went smooth. He was curious and took care of our luggage.

We had a few issues with the service, but over all we’re happy. When the service was booked I made mention that we would like an SUV, as we are both tall. It wasn’t until just before the trip that I was advised it was only booked for a car and I would need to cancel and rebook an SUV. By that time I didn’t want to be stranded so I agreed to a car.Once we arrived at SFO, where I expected to be met by a professional driver, I received a text to go outside and wait. Eventually we were greeted not to a black car, but rather a red people mover, which was a tad late to arrive and required us to run down the street to meet him.The driver didn’t get out of his seat, but opened the trunk from inside the car. Once we got in the car I found our driver to be slightly disheveled, in a black t shirt, jeans and running shoes. His English was very limited as was his driving skills. His choice of Hip Hop music wasn’t appreciated either.From observations I concluded that this was more of an Uber than a limo service as there was no state licensing number visible on the vehicle.Our return trip in comparison was delightful, a black Mercedes with a professional looking driver, who was helpful, courteous and an excellent driver.

Our driver, Summer, was great. She picked us up at SFO within minutes of us getting our luggage. Although, we had more luggage than expected, she made it work, safely. She put all the luggage into the car by herself and wouldn't let us help. She was friendly and chatted with us as we drove to our destination. Summer has a bright light within her and I hope we get her on our return to SFO.

Our driver gave us outstanding service! She was at the airport when we arrived, and she communicated with me several times while we waited for luggage at baggage claim. By the time we got our bags, she was at our side and took us on our way! She’s very personable and made sure she dropped us off at the safest spot at our hotel.

Our travel plans were changed last minute due to bad weather where we live so once I sent a message to the tour operator about all the updates, THANKFULLY this tour operator was able to adjust their schedule to accommodate all of our travel changes in order to make it to our final San Francisco destination on time. I can't thank them enough for help making this stressful pre-vacation travel "hiccup" run as smoothly as possible and get us to our ship in plenty of time. Our driver was friendly and able to work with us on where to pick us up since we didn't know where we were at since we had never been to this airport before to know all the pickup locations. To meet us where we were was priceless.

The day before the transfer our driver contacted us to reconfirm the schedule. On the day of the transfer he sent us the license plate of the car to identify him and very punctual was already waiting for us. He assisted us with luggage and was very friendly throughout.
