Our tour guide Anthony was absolutely amazing. He certainly went the extra mile for all the guests, nothing was to much trouble for him. If we had any concerns or queries, he was there to help. He was so knowledgeable & enthusiastic.We were the only couple from the UK on this tour, everyone else was Chinese but this just made the tour even more enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly & Anthony ensured we weren't left out as he would repeat any information in English. The tour itself was amazing & worth every penny.I would recommend this tour & CTours to all my friends & family.Thank you Anthony, you really did make our trip extra special

Amazing time. Santa Anthony was a great guide. The tour hits all the festive spots in S.F. & the ride is an adventure in itself. Second time I’ve done this tour. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a fun time with Santa Anthony on our SF Holiday Tuk Tuk tour. If you get tired of singing karaoke thru the streets of San Francisco (or simply do not wish to sing like me), you can have Santa Anthony narrate. He is a wealth of information and even though I am from the SF Bay Area, I learned a lot about the city from the narration. Happy Holidays!

This walking tour took us through places in San Francisco which are decorated beautifully. We bought some Christmas gifts from some shops and also visited some interesting landmarks such as the Mclaren Park and The Great Dickens Christmas Fair. My family enjoyed this tour.

Full coach picked us up from Union Square, with quick stop off at Fisherman’s Wharf. Felt like a full tour of San Fran, with the driver Greg full of information and he was excellent throughout. Stop off after crossing Golden Gate for photos was a nice touch as well. Lots more commentary whilst travelling to the vineyards to help pass the time and give us useful info ready for the tastings. First two tastings were excellent, informative and the wines were of a very high standard, who does not want to drink wine at 10.30 in the morning (it’s 5 o/clock somewhere in the world). Drop off for lunch in Sanoma was lovely. Last tasting was the least enjoyable, didn’t help it rained, but our host had done two before us so she was flagging! Excellent value for money, informative and great wines, made all the better by Greg! Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it!

Our tour guide was the most friendly, knowledgeable gentleman that I've ever had the pleasure of taking a tour with. He made everything interesting, knew the answers to almost every question, and most importantly made everything fun. I would highly recommend this tour company but definitely try to have your tour guided by Tarek.

I actually hadn't read any of the reviews before the tour, so I had no idea what to expect. When we got on the bus, it was us, a group from Alberta, and a group from Alabama. Due the small number of people, we ended up getting our tour a bit personalized. Our tour guide Danilo was really nice and had a great sense of humour. He gave us as much time as we wanted. The lengths of the tour and the stops were perfect and I have no complaints whatsoever. Don't listen to the bad reviews! Cool Destinations is amazing!

The trip was well-timed and comfortable. We had a large but fun group of people from all over the world. The wineries, the vineyards and the service was beautiful. Mr Chablis made the trip fun but was a very responsible and took care of his group. But the wine! Ah yes - the wine tastings were excellent and generous as evidenced by the singing the whole way home.

Great tour! If I could add one note, it would be to do the dating at the winery with no chairs to sit in for the tasting first thing in the day instead of last when we have already had lots to 'taste'!

We had a great tour of SF's holiday lights. Bailey was a great tour guide. Next year, I'll be back with my kids!

We live locally so know SF, but wanted to get around the city to see all the Holiday lights and displays without the hassle of driving or parking ourselves! This was a great way to get around without any of the stress of the busy season in SF! Great ride, warm w heated seats and a fun tour guide, Andy! We had a great time and would highly recommend this! Fun to do as a family outing! The Tuk Tuk is also unique, festive, and got lots of love from people on the streets as we passed by!

We had a wonderful tour. Ray was our driver and made the experience very worthwhile. He made numerous stops and we had enough time to get the photographs we wanted. At no point did we feel rushed. I would recommend this tour to any visitor who wanted to get a feel for San Fransisco and get photos of the major sights. Thanks Ray, we had a great time.

I want to give my review regarding my recent tour experience, which unfortunately fell short of expectations in several areas:1) Group Size and Time Management Our tour group comprised > 50 participants (Stated maximum 12 travelers here?!), and each restroom stop took approximately 10 minutes, causing significant delays to the itinerary.2) Language Expectation The tour was promoted as an English-speaking tour. However, there were inconsistencies in the language used, mostly conducted in Mandarin!3) Bus Seating Privileges I was unaware that there was an option to purchase seats in the first three rows of the bus. This option was not offered to us, and I would appreciate clarification on how such privileges were communicated or allocated.4) Bus Facilities and Communication The bus had only one exit, which made boarding and alighting for such big groups very inefficient. Additionally, the tour guide's audio announcements were difficult to hear, leading to confusion among participants.5) Optional Tours Notification We were only informed about optional tours on the second day of the trip. Unfortunately, by that time, many participants, including my family, did not have sufficient cash on hand to join.6) Day 3 Dinner Arrangement The dinner on the third day was poorly organised. Participants who did not opt for the Chinese set dinner were left to find their meals, with only a nearby supermarket available. My family had to eat on a cold, windy public bench outside the store, which was far from ideal.7) Room Allocation Issue We booked accommodation for three guests, but on Day 3, we were assigned a room that could only accommodate two people. The group were split into 2 accommodation areas, hence we reached our hotel about 10 pm due to extra waiting.8) However, I understand that most of the issues mentioned above may be partly due to the company’s arrangements. I would like to express my appreciation to our tour guide, Mr. Charles, who remained patient and consistently did his best to serve the big group throughout the trip. The destinations and scenery were truly fantastic.

Good all around, sutter home winery wasn’t expected on the tour. Bottles are as cheap as 10 dollars at our local grocery stores so I was hoping for a bit better selection.
