Booking online easy and ferry boarding easy. At Alcatraz there is quite a steep walk up to the tour start - then a free audio provided and tour to follow. Extremely interesting - as expected - and much enjoyed! Tip would be to have a clothing layer - the wind in the exercise yard is biting and we were there on an extremely hot day! Views stunning.

The Presidio area was not what I expected, which made the information given very interesting, especially if you like history. Julie was a great guide and well informed. It ended up being just my daughter and I so, it was like a private tour. We walked the whole area, which fyi, was a previous military fort. That was one of the parts I didn't know. We even learned about Carl the Fog. There are panoramic views of the bay, parks and the Golden Gate Bridge when the fog cooperates. It was a great afternoon.

Spent 5 days in San Fracisco and BY FAR the best part of our trip was our E-Bike tour with Michael! We had some issues with the bikes - some minor and some major. So, I would definitely recommend that you inspect your bike and the settings and make sure you do some practice runs up the street. Had to change my bike out 3 times before the tour started. We later found out that my daughter's bike would not go up steep inclines - just shut down. This was confirmed by our tour guide and he told us the light green bikes, which my daughter had, are not very powerful and have issues. So, DO NOT GET THE LIGHT GREEN BIKES! My daughter had to walk her bike up 3 or 4 steep hills and that was the worst. So, the bike rental company should really have to refund part of our payment. Regardless, Michael was amazing and took us all over and gave us all sorts of cool facts about the city. He even raced back and retrieved my daughter's fanny-pack that she left behind at a previous stop. I can't rave enough about Michael. Truly, his service and care and total attention to us to make sure we had a good time by far compensated for the crappy bike the bike rental shop gave my daughter.

We had a great time seeing the beauty of the California coast. Fred, our guide, was ready and waiting for us when we got to our hotel lobby. He apologized for being a bit early and even offered to stop right away for us to get morning coffee. We declined, but our first break was at a wonderful bakery in Pacifica. Along the drive, he offered history and insights on the the towns we passed through as well as the agriculture and flora. The views of Half Moon Bay, Carmel-by- the-Sea, and Big Sur were stunning. Would highly recommend this great trip, and Fred.

The tour was very well organized, comfortable, and informative from start to finish.Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about San Francisco. They shared interesting historical facts, local insights, and hidden gems that we would never have discovered on our own. The small group format made the experience much more personal and enjoyable, allowing us to ask questions and interact throughout the tour.We especially appreciated the carefully planned stops and the breathtaking views of the city and surrounding landmarks. The pace was perfect for families, never feeling rushed while still covering a lot of the city's most iconic locations.Our entire family, including the kids, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The tour exceeded our expectations and gave us wonderful memories of San Francisco. Josh was an outstanding guide. He had so much knowledge of SFO, surrounding areas we passed, and Yosemite. Our group appreciated his hard work and guide efforts. The tour was busy, but you get to see so much. The free day is great as you can divide and conquer the areas seen on the first two days. The park has so much to offer for all levels of activities and ages.

Marciano was beyond five stars — truly a 10/10! From the beginning, he felt less like our tour guide and more like part of the family. He laughed with us, joined our conversations, took amazing photos, shared great stories and movie trivia, and took us to beautiful places we didn't even know we needed to see.Most importantly, he was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, especially while traveling with our elderly parents. He made our entire Carmel, Monterey, and Big Sur experience easy, comfortable, and unforgettable. His knowledge, generosity, and genuine kindness are unmatched. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Marciano!

Yosemite was awe inspiring
We loved our trip to Yosemite. We cannot emphasize enough how wonderful our tour guide Ben was. He is fabulous.! He is to be commended for his even keel manner and his great knowledge of the park. He made the trip so enjoyable for us. I would go on another tour with Ben. My only complaint was with the company description of the trip. It was not clear that we were eating at Ben's campsite for many of the meals. The food was kept cool in a cooler, but for me that was quite worrisome. I have a medical condition that requires me to eliminate many foods. I was only somewhat successful with that but it also made the meal for others not as much fun since I had to put restrictions on food. Also, I had constant stress about spoilage since there was no refrigeration, just ice. There was potential for me to become ill if something was not cool enough. I think the company should consider making that part of the trip much clearer and should be asking about medical conditions and not just food preferences. Lastly, the rooms at the lodge have refrigeration. Certainly once at the camp site, many of the foods could have been stored in travelers' mini fridges. We love Ben, but urge the company to make it much clearer as to how the meals will take place.
