Great Experience!
I highly recommend taking this Golden Gate Park tour with John! He was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable about the park, its history, the flora and fauna and of course, the microclimates of the city. We also got some good recommendations for eats nearby as well as an accurate weather forecast for the remaining days of our visit.

A genuinely delightful experience
I loved John's tour of Golden Gate Park. I highly recommend it for families and anyone into nature and local history. My parents, who are in their 70s and from out-of-state, enjoyed the tranquil walk through several different sections of our park and were wowed by the diverse environments John chose to show us. He wove in his deep knowledge of nature, climate and history to help us understand where we were without being overly didactic. John himself is a pleasure to talk with—a warm, friendly person who truly enjoys getting to know travelers. He even knows some of the park's landscapers and gardeners; John introduced us to a head gardener and we got ask him questions about how he designed a certain section. It was really cool.

Having never ridden e-bikes we were a bit apprehensive but turns out we had nothing to worry about. They were so easy to operate. Our guide was fantastic as he led us across the park and up to a spectacular view of the GG Bridge stopping along the way at all the points of interests. Definitely a favorite activity for all of us on our trip to SF. A big bonus was that the tour begins and ends in the heart of the Haight-Ashbury district which we explored afterwards.

There wasn’t a question I asked that these guys didn’t answer about the route through the park.also loved biking the great highway! Amazing. The crew their set us up with comfortable bikes and even showed us the 10% discount on their website. Bikes have maps on them so it’s hard to get lost. A beautiful, family friendly day out as my extended family join us for a birthday, a wedding & Pride! We will be back!

Surreys - they aren't just for tourists!
Surrey rentals aren't just for tourists! I have lived in San Francisco for 23 years, and this was the first time that I ever tried these funny-looking contraptions. I'm so glad that I did! We had a BLAST. I went with a friend, and we each brought our 11-year-old kid. We let the kids drive on the roads that were closed to car traffic and they were thrilled. The surreys are pretty easy to steer, they have an effective brake (albeit a squeaky one in our case), and if you get tired going up a hill, just have someone jump out and push from the back (to give their pedaling muscles a break). Worth every penny!

I have lived in S.F. for 40 years and I think every San Franciscan and visitor would LOVE this tour! John is so knowledgeable and full of interesting little tidbits about S.F. and the park! John has the perfect personality to deal with all kinds of people! PS my second time to take this tour and enjoyed it as much as I did last time!

I just don't judge anything from the appearance, after I tested this menu my reaction immediately "MasyaAllah, fix nih that makes this recipe go to heaven!!!" As a warlock, I've been exploring the ramen-ramens around here. But, from taste and price, the Golden Geisha is the winner.

Great customer service and FUN
Such nice employees! There were professional, funny, helpful, and informative. They even found my lost credit card that fell out of my pocket as we rode away and kept it safe for me. So honest! We had a blast. The surrey was perfect. The streets of GGP were pretty crowded but that surrey was able to steer easily and braked well:) highly recommend! Even our littlest (5 years old) enjoyed even though he couldn’t reach the pedals.
