This is one of the best hop on hop off tours I've done. We've used the big bus company in other cities, and this was fantastic. We were able to see everything San Francisco has to over, including going over the Golden Gate Bridge, Lombard Street, Fisherman's Wharf and so much more. Our ticket also included a evening tour, which took us over the Oakland Bay Bridge, which is equally stunning in it's own right, and gave us beautiful views of downtown San Francisco. We would highly recommend this tour.

It was worth it had a wonderful experience , we cruise the bay area on the Blue$ Gold fleet took wonderful pictures of Bridge and Alcatraz. Hop on bus tour the next day

What a great way to get an overview of a lovely city - and not have to drive its crazy streets! I felt very safe with the drivers and the guides were informative - I went on several side trips they recommended. The cruise under the bridge and around Alcatraz included lots of history, had a snack bar, and covered what I wanted to know in the Bay. Good value, too!

It was a great experience all the way around. Only thing was the fog but that is mother nature's fault.

Your web site gave wrong time for boarding the Big Bus. Caused a lot of stress. Calling you gave us an extremely talkative rep which wasted our phone batteries and provided no help

Susann was the best guide and so helpful for all our questions. The tour is a great way to see San Francisco and all it’s glory. We went to Alcatraz Island and was very impressed with the experience. It was a great vacation for us.

We spent a full day, hopping on and off.. Even did the Golden Gate Bridge/Sausalito loop.. A great way to see San Francisco!

We had a great time. There were buses every 15 minutes and lots of stops. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a one day ticket it was a fantastic was to see the city and Golden Gate bridge & surrounds. Don was a very knowledgeable tour guide. Suzanne made a part of the trip fun and gave some good history of golden gate & surrounds. Trip made more interesting and memorable when bus got stuck (Opps) made us laugh; poor driver you were resilient. My kids hugged Suzanne to thank her as we boarded an audio bus (that wasn’t as enjoyable as tour guide interaction but we understand it’s necessary with other languages)An enjoyable experience!!!

The bus tour overall was very good, I have one complaint, and that is the ticketing processwhich I have already emailed commented about and have had no response, the tour I purchased included a night tour,, a Sausalito tour and a GG Park tour, there was a tiny piece of paper attached to the receipt that clearly stated such, however the receipt itself did not, it only stated there were 2 bus lines that did not include the line for the park tour, the park tour driver argued with us, said the trip wasn't included pointing out it wasn't on the receipt, I insisted that it was because o the attached piece o paper, the driver finally let us on after I insisted upon calling the ticketing office ,which would delay the bus....not good!.

No issues at all. Pretty easy, find the Red bus and get on...
