We also loved spending time in Santa Cruz and enjoying the coast.Our guide Jason was excellent — very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Awesome trip to Muir and beyond
I hired Nik to show me and five friends the highlights on the other side of the Golden Gate Bridge - Muir Woods, Sausalito, the bunkers, and so on. It was fantastic for multiple reasons. First, the itinerary was a true collaboration between us - I had a ton of ideas and Nik figured out how to translate that into a coherent itinerary that made logical sense taking into account distances, times of day, and the weather. Second, because he grew up in the area, his commentary was personal anecdotes that put what we were seeing in greater sociological context. Third, whenever the weather turned crappy, which happened a lot, he could instantly pivot to a perfect Plan B. Fourth, he went above and beyond to arrange things we needed that I could not have done myself because I was coming from out of town, including a birthday cake (!) for someone in the group, which was served in the perfect scenic spot. Fifth, his recommendation lunch place was awesome and I never would have known about it. Sixth, it was just a good vibe overall with someone who was on our wavelength and not just a robotic and overly formal guide. Anyway, I could go on and on. Suffice it to say, highly recommend.

Great trip overall! I would love to have more time in Point Reyes. One hour is not very long to see the town, let along eat lunch. I’d rather skip the mead tasting or get back a bit later. Our guided Tristan was great and we really enjoyed ourselves…Its a great way to get an overview of the area

We really enjoyed our adventure with Dave and got to see multiple owlets learning to fly during the twilight tour. Dave shared lots of information both about the wildlife and the history of Golden Gate Park, which was fun even for us long time city residents. Marciano was an amazing and accommodating tour guide. We had a wonderful day. Of course, Muir Woods was spectacular. We also loved seeing sights around San Francisco on our way to the Golden Gate Bridge and having a delicious lunch in Sausalito. We were traveling with a young child and so needed to be flexible which was no problem at all. Marciano had amazing recommendations for the rest of our stay as well. Highly highly recommend!!

This was such a fun and relaxing day trip! The redwoods were stunning and Santa Cruz was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the ocean views.Jason was an excellent guide — very easygoing, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable. He kept the schedule well-paced and gave us plenty of time to explore without feeling rushed.Everything went smoothly from start to finish. With his help, we saw and heard birds of every kind and learned about how and where they live and feed and why.
