Great Wines, amazing drive- Overall day well spent
3 Wineries they take you are family owned and not famous so don’t be discouraged if you don’t go to Caymus or Josh or other known brands. Tour is worth it Bus is clean / Every seat with a charger and comfortable ride. Wineries do try to push you subtly to buy their bottles understandably - most folks were from out of town so due to travel complexity they didn’t buy.Go with a partner you will love it- wine portions are sample Size offered but you ask more every time, by the end everyone in my bus were dozing on way back Home. Sonoma lunch location is also scenic and you will love the greenery in old town.

Brilliant day trip
Wow where to start! Quite possibly the best day trip we’ve ever done. From start to finish, it was a brilliant day. Our guide Kurt was super friendly and knowledgeable. Pick up/drop off from our hotel (RIU Fisherman’s Wharf) - pick up 5:30am and drop off 8:30pm. We went on a Thursday. The transportation was comfy and roomy, bonus was a USB charging port by the seat. Kurt also provided bottles of chilled water. Yosemite Park was breathtakingly beautiful. Every turn was a different view with stunning scenery. Rock climbers were also spotted on El Capitan. On previous day trips we’ve been limited on places to get food/drinks however we stopped on the way there and back. In the morning it was a huge supermarket with so much choice, they had a sandwich counter subway style so we got one to take to Yosemite for our luncg. On the way back we had KFC. The same supermarket was also open and a Wendys next door. However, Yosemite also had a great selection at their cafe, on site is also a starbucks and gift shop with snacks. I would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone, it was amazing!

Mac made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommended! If for nothing else, great stories and a way to get to know this little part of the city's history. The old photos of the city and the ghost detectors really added to the experience and we got to use the dowsing rods to talk to a spirit! Mac is the real deal, no B.S. You will love this tour!

This is a great laid-back type of day excursion. My group had a great tour guide, Derek, who made the experience really enjoyable as well as allow us to be independent in the type of things we wanted to see at Muir Woods and Sausalito. He gave some great suggestions and allowed us to explore at our own paces which I really appreciated. The Muir Woods was an incredible site, I think if you’re in the Bay Area you must see these trees. It’s truly awe striking.

It was a very nice first experience to napa. A great getaway from Sanfrancisco. Also It was great way to see highlights of the city. It was great not to have to drive. The tour group was small. Sonoma plaza area was really nice. It is a fun place to spend a couple hours. The cheese factory charcuterie was so good. The sandwiches at the butcheman bbq was delicious! We really enjoyed visiting Artesa winery it was a very nice time.

Robert was a great driver and tour guide. Our first stop was a view of the Bay Bridge and then on Sonoma.At Jacuzzi winery in Sonoma we enjoyed the tour of the beautiful property reminiscent of an Italian villa, the wine, and the opportunity to taste flavored olive oils and vinaigrettes in the gift shop. Then on to Sonoma plaza for lunch where Robert gave great recommendations for restaurants and ice cream.We traveled on to Artesa winery in Napa. It is built into the hillside and very modern looking with clean lines and beautiful tasting areas and patios. The two wineries we visited provided a wonderful contrast from the centuries old look of Jacuzzi winery to the modern look of Artesa. At Artesa after wine tasting we rode with Robert down to the vineyards for all you cared to eat grapes from the vine. Robert provided water bottles to wash them off.Our last stop was the Golden Gate Bridge. Robert warned us that the temperature was 20 degrees cooler than it was in Napa and it was very windy. So we donned our jackets and left hats and sunglasses behind for a short uphill hike to get photos.Overall I highly recommend the tour and Robert as driver/tour guide. Our only issue is that our friends from our cruise who were going with us got sick with the flu and had to cancel the night before. I would like to request a credit to be used in the future since I paid for all of our tickets and I use Cool San Francisco quite often.

Great tour. We saw a lot of San Francisco’s famous sites, stopping every so often for photo ops. I was very happy that we were able to stop at the bridge for photos. Spent just the right amount of time at Muir Woods so we could hike and take in the beauty of nature. We also added the Alcatraz tour, amazing. Our tour guide made the tour extraordinary; he had lots of stories and information about the city.

Had a great time visiting Yosemite with Extranomical tours! Our tour guide Glenda was amazing. She was super communicative in letting us know about the days itinerary, what stops we were making, and sharing historical stories and context about the towns we passed through. She even brought us snacks! Once we got to Yosemite we had a pretty good amount of time to explore and go at a leisurely place before meeting back with the group. As it’s a day tour and Yosemite is so big you won’t get to see everything, but this is not that kind of trip. I do recommend staying for a few days to get to experience more of what the park has to offer. But overall it was a good time and I highly recommend.

From someone that lives on the east side of the country this was an incredible thing to see. The trees are so insane and huge! The walk is not too rough, definitely bring water or something to drink but it’s before on the hike and plenty of areas to rest and take pictures
