The trip was memorable. Michael, who drove us and guided us throughout the trip was truly amazing. He took care of all the smallest details to ensure that we were always comfortable and enjoyed our trip thoroughly surrounded by intersting informations around the various highlights. We got enough time for taking pictures and enjoying the scenery. Definitely a highlight besides the park itself: the picknick incl. some great wine. We fully enjoyed the beauty of Yosemite Park and the various sights on the way to the park.

Eric‘s VIP tours was one of our favorite parts of our trip to San Francisco. We went on the SF ultimate combo tour. We had so much fun with Eric! He was so knowledgeable about the city and showed us its beauty. He was flexible with time , and at no time did we fill rushed when making stops to see the sites. We were so impressed with Eric. He truly has a talent for what he does. We highly recommend exploring the city of San Francisco with Eric‘s VIP tours. quick service，friendly，and got us on the bicycles very quickly，reasonable price，and overnight extention w/ a small additional fee is worth it！（next morning still have a few good hours around the beach sites）this is the 3rd year we have come and rented here，my kid is growing up w/ great memories，great bridge views，and with a stop @ near by Safeway，you can get decent deli food and wines to have for a picnic on a sunny day！

We used Eric’s VIP tours for two days in SanFrancisco. Erie is very punctual, professional, and patient. He’s quite knowledgeable about San Francisco and Muir Woods. We also experienced Yosemite with Eric’s Private tours. Incredible that we saw so much of the park, did two hikes, had super chill lunch in the park, and did not feel rushed at any time.

We had the opportunity to be taken around by Karill the owner. There were only two of us on this excursion. He picked us up on time and gave us lots of back ground and history as we drove through North Beach and towards the destinations listed in the program. I think because there were only two of us - we made some extra stops because we had extra time to see more sites. We have done many of these food and wine tours, This one was a little different due to none of the tastings are included. The cheese tasting they say is included I would classify more as a sampling of what they have offering that morning which were three cheeses. Then you buy what you want and enjoy a breakfast at the picnic tables overlooking the expansive landscape. We really enjoyed the Meadery. All of their mead is sparkling - you must sample both flights! Lunch along Hwy 1, outdoor, overlooking the seascape was lovely. The oysters, soup, crab and bread were all delicious. Then off to the Ranch for another wine tasting. we chose to do a wine flight and an olive oil/gelato flight. I know it sounds strange - olive oil and gelato - but it works! So good! This outing is a great opportunity to support small businesses that focus on what they do best, either cheese, mead, wine, olive oil products or seafood. I suggest going as a group to maximize the cost of the excursion because you are paying for the transportation, but definitely a must do!

Although the Academy was excellent there were some problems with the ticketing that should be addressed. Nobody seemed to know about the tickets that were supposed to be issued to us on arrival but the staff did sort out the problem without too many hassles.

We were lucky to have Sandrine as our tour guide. She was very friendly , fun and knowledgeable . Sandrine arrived on time at our hotel and drove us around the city . Also not having to deal with or wait for people in a larger group also made the experience personal .Sandrine answered all our questions and gave us suggestions on what to do after . We rented there, two bikes for the day. They were on time ready for us, gave us good information and bikes were in pretty good condition and ajusted to our needs. Lily was friendly and efficient! We biked down to Sausalito and Tiburon. We are over there and took the ferry back from Tiburon for a few dollars (14 USD each of my memory is right) What an amazing day we had!!!!
