This tour with Fred was great. He was very good in articulating the stories and histories of all the different places we went to and also passes along the way. Don G was our amazing chauffeur for our family trip to Napa. We had a wonderful day in wine tasting in Napa. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The excursion was super easy from our point and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Don was very flexible with our large family group of 8. He even accommodated our request to go for ice cream and take pictures at the Golden Gate Bridge at the end of the day.

We used Eric’s VIP tours for two days in SanFrancisco. Erie is very punctual, professional, and patient. He’s quite knowledgeable about San Francisco and Muir Woods. We also experienced Yosemite with Eric’s Private tours. Incredible that we saw so much of the park, did two hikes, had super chill lunch in the park, and did not feel rushed at any time.

Wine Tour Experience
We were visiting San Francisco and decided to book a wine tour at the last minute. Our hotel, the J.W. Marriott Union Square recommended a company by the name of ‘’A Taste of San Francisco”. The full day tours were already booked however this company bent over backwards to find us a spot. It ended up being a Private Tour. OMG Our driver/guide for the day Ulrich, remember this name, picked us up at the hotel , made a few stops in the city to show us a few sites and then off we went to Sanoma and Napa for the day. We visited 3 vineyards on our tour and had lunch in Sonoma. I must tell you that our tour guy Ulrich was amazing! This gentleman knows the city, knows how to get around in the wine country but most of all he knows the wine business inside out. e is quite passionate and loves to share his knowledge. We had the most amazing day, Thank you Ulrich!

Visited the Madonna Winery where the host explained the all winery process in order to obtain an special class of wine. This time, we tasted an excellent Chardonnay wine together with 3 others white wines. Afterwards, we went to the Muscardini Winery place where we tasted 4 different red wines that were very good. We tried the SANGIOVESE, TESORO, BARRERA and the MUSCARDINI wine. Different flavors with different aromatics sensations.......!

We booked a limo for six with Apex Wine Tours from San Francisco to Napa Valley (and back). Our itinerary included two wineries and a restaurant for lunch. I would highly recommend them. From the initial booking to the end of the service, they were helpful, friendly and professional. Communication was crystal clear and all my questions were easily and quickly answered. Don G was our driver and was nice, professional, safe, friendly, and very accommodating. This company seems to know the area well. Our guide was amazing and we saw all on the itinerary and were never rushed. We were picked up at exactly 6am in an exceptionally clean minivan stocked with snacks and drinks. Our guide Pablo was incredibly hospitable and kind. He knew the best spots for pictures and encouraged us to take our time at each location. This was definitely worth the expense for our family of 5 to enjoy a full day at Yosemite while staying in San Francisco.

He is very knowledgeable about the Sonoma and Napa area, grape varieties, wineries, weather patterns that impact growing conditions, preparation for the winery visit…..I could go on as he added so much value to the tour.
