Had Sean (Sully) as my tour guide. Awesome tour, very organized and well planned. Our tour had 15 people that day. Bus was very clean and seats were comfortable. Snacks and bottle water were provided. Sully's commentary during the tour was highly informative. He gave detailed history of the parts of town we were passing through and also had insider/local knowledge of certain areas. He was also quite funny and kept the mood of the tour very light and relaxing. I usually don't like bus tours because they are often boring and monotonous but Sully had made it a very enjoyable experience! Best bus tour I've been on. Would highly recommend this tour if you are in the city for a short stay or a day trip. Only complaint was that we weren't able to stay in the Muir woods and Sausalito longer but that's just the way the tour is structured.

I believe that the Alcatraz tour is a must do if you are in San Francisco. I spent a couple hours out at the rock and that seemed to be about the right amount of time. A big shout out to Viatot because there was some confusion with my tickets as I bought it with another tour. Cool San Francisco was great at straightening it out and everything took place without a hitch.

Eli was our guide and he was fantastic. The bikes are very high end and powerful, very useful on the steep hills. Made stops at interesting locations and had awesome views approaching and crossing bridge. I would highly recommend and do it again.

The weather was perfect: enough of a breeze to give a little chop in the water and bring out the sailboats. It also kept it cool in spite of having full sun. The entire staff from boarding greeters to table servers or excellent. Friendly, informative, and attentive. The mimosas never stopped, and the buffet selection was excellent. And it was not cramped although full. We will be coming back for another brunch… But next time bring another couple.

I'd recommend this ride even if you're not a tourist — it's a great way to see the city from a different angle. Unlike the other boat rides around the Embarcadero, this one sits lower on the water, so it feels a lot more intimate with the bay.Our larger belongings got stored in a secure box at the dock. I wore a sling underneath the waterproof jacket they gave us, and I'd brought my own waterproof pants too, but they had extra-large ones and sunglasses on hand for anyone who needed them.The captain was a San Francisco native and said he's been doing this since the 1990s — so he's a pro.The ride sometimes went fast, which was fun, and I did get splashed a little bit.
